Xenia wants you to be happy with your purchases, especially your online orders. Due to the fragile nature of fine art, insurance must be added to your order to guarantee the safe delivery and quality you expect from the artist.
Xenia has never had an unhappy client, however you must be assured- Xenia Madison artwork is 100% satisfaction guaranteed for equal value exchange or full money back return. Buyer only assumes return shipping costs.
Note: All exchanges OR returns must be shipped backed to the artist within 14 DAYS (of actual date art was delivered to the buyer, as confirmed by the shipping agent) at the buyer's expense.
